The entity we provide or qualify for your medical or non medical purpose would be a legal provider of the services and or products you choose, however the individual provider actually treating the patient would be license, certified or approved to act in the capacity necessary to treat or provide the assistance needed.

That would depend on your jurisdiction, type of licensing and certification needed and the location cost.  

Fund My Clinic has in- house and third party financing may be available.  Financing is based on the licensing and income producing contract.  We have formulas used to help us determine what amount is available.  Your personal credit score is not used to determine if you qualify.  These are business loans and the entity is used to qualify.
